We make sure that any of the serviced items are tested and meet the OEM Spec. We have a Computerized test bench that simultaneously measures flow, pressure, and temperature within a hydraulic system. The test bench is equipped with a digital readout for flow rate and an analog pressure gauge for pressure. We can measure a flow rating from 15-321 LPM with an accuracy of <±1% of reading.

Testing/ Calibration of Hydraulic Pumps/Motors/Valves
The Fully Equipped Hydraulic Test Bench consists of the latest technology fluid Measuring Instruments, which helps to provide an accuracy of <±1% of the reading on the flow during the testing. The Test Bench is capable of Measuring 15-321 LPM and a Pressure of 414 BAR along with a Temperature range of 0 to 90 °C. The Test bench exports saved data to Microsoft Excel® and other spreadsheet programs, and a computerized graphical Test Report with a unique identification number will be provided for each test report.
Software provides a real-time graphical and digital interface for monitoring and recording pressure, temperature, and flow rate parameters from the Hydraulic Analyzer. We do a provision of Free Collection and Delivery for the Hydraulic Components required for Testing & Calibration. Volt and Amp injector for testing Proportional Electrical signaled pumps.
